Team aim
To salvage survival equipment off HMS Adventure
Team objectives
1. To complete a series of challenging tasks to enable the team to locate the HMS Adventure,
2. Access funding for the salvage
3. Purchase salvage equipment.
Team brief
The HMS Adventure, a highly sophisticated naval craft has sustained serious hull damage on route to delivering your teams expedition equipment. The ship is taking on water and it is estimated that it will stay afloat for approximately 7 hours.
Morning challenge HMS Adventure Location
The team must complete an abseil challenge. For each person that completes the abseil you will receive one piece of location information. On receipt of all the pieces of information the team must make their way on foot and locate the Ship.
On route you will need to gain access to funding for your rescue equipment.
Lunch -
Over lunch the team will split into 2 groups and share out the funding equally
Afternoon challenge Operation Salvage
Both teams will take part in an auction to purchase items of safety equipment to build a salvage craft. The salvage craft must be able to hold your team and the expedition equipment off the HMS Adventure.
